What it’s like to work with us.
Once we learn more about your group and goals, we’ll check all the airfare options available, send you the best itineraries to choose from, and then reserve your favorite.
Once confirmed, you may cancel or reduce seats with little or no penalty up to 95 days prior to departure. At the 45-day mark, we’ll lock things in with final names and payment. That doesn’t mean we’re done working for you, of course. If needed, we’re just a phone call away on travel days, and we’ll stay on top of all open tasks until your team returns home safely.
We’re not satisfied until we hear, “I’d be crazy to go somewhere else.”
